Paul helped me by and sell my last home so I'm a repeat client of his. I can't remember how I originally got hooked up with Paul, but we work very well together so chose him to sell my second house and help me buy.I'm a very demanding client. I needed someone who would be able to show me a house the minute I saw it, and Paul was able to accomodate me most every time, and when he couldn't, he had one of his team members step in. I have already recommended to friends and family.
We are so thankful to Paul for the guidance he provided through our house hunt. We were new to the area so we needed a lot of assistance with figuring out the right neighborhood and location for our work commutes, while finding a location that was ideal for our child. Paul was very good about suggesting homes that were within our price range. He was always available when we would find a house we wanted to see and gave great advice on the neighborhoods, likelihood for traffic, etc. One area in which Paul was particularly helpful was considering the best options for renovation and repair. He had great ideas that allowed us to see the true potential in each house, particularly the one in which we ended up. We will definitely be giving Paul's name to our friends and family who are looking to buy in the Baltimore area.

We worked with Paul for the better part of 2014 and were thrilled with the outcome. Paul helped us through the entire process of getting our home ready to sell, including finding contractors to have work done, coordinating timing and logistics, and the open house. All of his hard work resulted in our home being sold in 2 days – after receiving 3 competitive offers!Next, he helped us find our dream home. When we couldn’t move into the home right away after settlement, he helped secure us a rental home in our previous neighborhood which helped us deal with school, etc. Paul even worked with the landlord to ensure a few updates were made to the rental before we moved in to ensure it would be a good experience for us.Finally, we wanted to do a few projects (painting, hardwood floors, etc.) in the new home before moving in.
