I started my career in the real estate field in 2006 when I started working with the builder Beazer Homes. I excelled with every task and sales opportunity I was given. Within my first year I had assisted with sales in a dozen communities ranging from the condo’s in the mid $200’s to single family homes reaching up to $1 million and was the “go to” person for other sales people in our division for help with marketing, technology and training. During my time at Beazer Homes, I was placed in several communities and was very successful in each one, generating more than $8 million worth of sales each fiscal year. I was personally awarded our Customer Experience Satisfaction award every quarter and my community was also awarded this on several occasions. I was recognized not only by my division but throughout the company nationally as a dedicated and successful salesperson and a team player with my managers and co-workers.
Currently I am a Full Time Agent Cummings & Co Realtors located in Lutherville. I found my true passion was working with those customers I was selling to for the builder. I am happy to say that I am still in contact with most all of my previous customers and have been able to help them in other real estate matters, as well as their friends and family members! In 2011 I assisted my customers in the purchase or sale of properties totaling over $3million dollars, was named Rookie of the Year and joined Long & Foster’s Directors Club for yearly sales totaling $2-$3mil. In 2015 I was awarded the Rising Star Award through the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. And in 2016 I was awarded the Distinguished Salesperson Award. I was also chairperson for the Young Professionals Network (YPN) of GBBR, allowing me to give back to the real estate community. I continue to learn and grow in this industry, acquiring my ABR, GRI, SFR designations, and most recently acquiring my CRS which only 3% of all Realtors nationwide have. All of these classes have given me the knowledge and confidence to successfully navigate this sometimes hectic world of real estate and allow me to give the best service possible to my customers.
On a personal note, I am a wife and a mother to two small children. My son is such a character, he loves being in school and playing sports! My daughter is so independent and loves trying new things! I actively participate in fundraising for the kids schools throughout the year and volunteer for everything!! To round things out I have been on my neighborhoods community board for the past eight years, arranging activities for the kids and parents alike! My family and friends will tell you that I take an active part in everything and I am very committed to all that I do!
